Samsung UN55C8000 55” 3D LED HDTV

  In 2010 Samsung has released a new model for 3D LCD TV - Samsung UN55C8000. Samsung's 8000 series LED TVs feature 3D capability in a slim, modern design with a special LED edge lighting. LED is becoming a new television standard, because the picture quality is much better and the energy is saved up to 40%. Better  picture becomes much less expensive comparing with the previous TV set models.
  TV Samsung S8000 series have a side illumination matrix and hyperfine displays - 0,9 ". This model also has a unique «Precision Dimming» function, which accurately conveys the color and contrast. 
  In this new model there is a possibility of converting conventional 2D - images into three-dimensional 3D. But unfortunately this technology has not yet received praise, so you should not expect much from it. Stereo glasses are needed to enjoy the 3D content.

Samsung LED 3D C9000

  In 2011 Samsung Electronics officially launched the new Samsung C9000 3D LED TV, with the touch screen remote control. Modern design is combined with high-end technology and 3D vision in this model. It’s one the most impressive full HD 3D LED TVs, launched in 2011. It can boast with its ultra-thin profile of 7.98 milimeters thick and a built-in digital tuner. Toshiba 3D REGZA GL1

  Toshiba presents the world’s first LCD TVs that don’t require stereoscopic  glasses. The new “Glasses-less 3D REGZA GL1″ series is offered in two models 12- inch and 20-inch.

To achieve a 3D image without need of glasses, whatever the position and angle to the screen of the viewer, the new Regza GL1 family utilize a special perpendicular lenticular sheet (an array of lenses) and Toshiba’s image processing technology to create nine parallax images from the original content and create to 3D.

 The first two models from the series are 20-inch 20GL1 and 12-inch 12GL1. Both displays have a LED backlit LCD Panel with 1,280 x 720 resolution-550:1 JEITA contrast ratio for 20GL1 and 466 x 350 with contrast: 500:1 for 12GL1, and for better viewing experience Toshiba suggests viewing distance of 90cm away from the 20-inch display and 65cm from the 12 panel.

  In 2011 new 3D TVs are making happy the Japanese consumers and only in 2012 they will come to the rest.
